Simply Massage requires at least 4 hours notice to move, change, or cancel your appointment. If you cancel within the 4 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for your appointment regardless of the reason.

We offer packages based on length of service rather than type. You can purchase a series of massages starting at five sessions for either 50- or 80-minute sessions.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this massage package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Packages are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Packages will expire TWO YEARS after the date of purchase.
    No refunds or extensions will be provided past the two-year expiration.
  • Please note that packages cannot be used interchangeably between service lengths and must be used in full. For example. a 50-minute package does not cover an 80-minute service and vice-versa.
  • Any unused portion of the package will be forfeited after two years.
